Flo works on Education, linking schools and farms in the county and is passionate about facilitating opportunities for children to get out onto farms and learn about food and farming that builds health for people and planet. Flo has a background in Fine Art and is a Landscape Designer.

Ruth works on the "Good Food Movement" priority and was lead on the Autumn Feasts 2023, Gleaning 2023 and Six Inches of Soil 2024-2025 projects. Her focus now is on the "Feasts on the Farm" project which will build on these previous projects and provide opportunites for the wider public to get out onto farms and learn more about food in Herefordshire. When not working with the food alliance Ruth is studying to be a Herbalist and also runs workshops teaching leatherwork and textiles. She loves food - growing, cooking and eating it!
