inshot 20210911 091906768 1 sm"We are looking for new session leaders for our Herefordshire hub.  Whether you have prior experience running family cooking sessions, you’re a parent that has attended sessions and would like to get involved or you have no experience but share our values we’d love to hear from you.  Full training will be provided.

At Kids Kitchen we support family cooking from scratch by running sessions for young kids and their carers to cook, and offering training and resources to those that want to set up sessions.

Our session leaders lead highly interactive, engaging sessions aiming not just to cook with kids but to engage everyone in an activity that builds community too. If this is something that you’d like to get involved with, we’d love to hear from you.

Our session leaders are freelance, delivering work associated with commissioned or funded work.  For each session delivered, session leaders will be paid for up to 6 hrs prep / delivery work, though this depends on the kind of session, location and experience of the session leader.

You will need to complete our online training, in your own time, before you start.

Kids Kitchen has a flat rate of pay, our current hourly rate for freelance workers is £18 / hr.
