The database above shares the information we have about river-friendly producers here in Herefordshire that you can buy from either direct or witha very short supply chain. If you'd like to add to it, get in touch! We've also produced a map - this is harder to update, but we're working on it :) More about 'good' food and farming below the map. The map also shows community food and food growing projects.

Who we Are

The Herefordshire Food Charter is an initiative of the Herefordshire Food Alliance, a network of individuals and organisations from across the county involved in local, community and sustainable food action.

The Alliance is a member of the national Sustainable Food Places network and is co-ordinated by New Leaf Sustainable Development with support from Herefordshire Council and Sustainable Food Places.
