"We are lucky in Herefordshire to have such good soft fruit, and we take advantage of that when developing our flavours. This Hellens Garden Festival we will be bringing a sorbet made from Windmill Hill Strawberries, and a Blackcurrant Ripple with blackcurrants also from them. These are such beautiful fruits and their flavour is really brought out in these ice creams. We hope that you enjoy them. At other points in the season we are able to take advantage of the gluts in peoples gardens, producing flavours such as Rhubarb and Ginger ice cream, Discovery Apple sorbet, and Damson and Sloe Gin ice cream.
You can be sure to find us up a tree somewhere in the county if there is fruit to be had! You can try all of these delicious flavours in the parlours in Abergavenny and Hay-on-Wye across the summer months."
