"If you work in sustainability, being told that your work is making a difference is one of the most gratifying things that can happen. So it was great to meet Christine Hope today at the House of Lords and to be told that the BT funded Small Business Britain sustainability webinars and courses are making a difference to businesses like Christine's, and others too. The key thing that all businesses said was that it's important to take a first step, no matter how small, on becoming more sustainable. The fact that our courses have given hundreds of businesses the confidence to do exactly that is really humbling."
