"This year, the awards will work a little differently. You get to vote for your favourite in your nation (England, NI, Scotland or Wales) and whoever is in the top three in each of the categories in each of the nations will be shortlisted as a potential winner. A crack panel of experts in each nation will then take your shortlist and select the final winner from who you have chosen."
