"We are a regenerative dairy farm in Herefordshire and we are reaching out to connect with people who have passion to join us. We are searching for a young dairy farmer / new entrant and also for a person who desires to make cheese or process high quality milk. Ideally you will already be skilled in the job role, but for the right worth while person we will happily train you or allow you to learn.

We are reaching out for help to take the farm to the next level. We seek people with “can do attitude” who’s dream is to be part of a mindful, forward thinking employee owned dairy farm which is focused on reconnecting the local community with high quality organic food.

Think: Clean farm, new infrastructure, radio three, safe space conversation, grass fed organic cow with calf dairy, antibiotic free, closed loop permaculture style of holistic farm system which aims to be single use plastic free.

Good quality house available on farm.

This opportunity is for people who seek to be part of positive, mindful, regenerative world change and who desire is to set a new standard of dairy farming. Our aims are our farmers, our animals, nature and environment. We see profit as a fuel to get to our destination of making the world a better place in every way that we can during our short time here on earth,

Who we Are

The Herefordshire Food Charter is an initiative of the Herefordshire Food Alliance, a network of individuals and organisations from across the county involved in local, community and sustainable food action.

The Alliance is a member of the national Sustainable Food Places network and is co-ordinated by New Leaf Sustainable Development with support from Herefordshire Council and Sustainable Food Places.
